What makes us different?
We are not a marketing services group.
We don't make investments in traditional marketing services businesses.
We specialise in digital marketing and digital commerce along with the technologies that support them both.
Our strategy
WEARE 2020's development strategy consists of three key elements:-
- "organic growth" driven by the inherent growth within the acquired businesses and the application of a group business development programme; and
- the creation of new businesses from within the existing talents and resources of the group; and
- "buy and build" through the acquisition of a number of well run and profitable businesses with complementary skills in digital direct marketing

Our committees
WEARE 2020 plc adheres to the Quoted Companies Alliance, and has audit, remuneration and nomination committees with written terms of reference. The Audit Committee is chaired by Ian Robinson, and includes all of the company's non-executive directors including Stephen Davidson. The remuneration and nomination committees are chaired by Barry Jenner, and also include all of the company's non-executive directors including Stephen Davidson.
