Business Analyst

(Retail, UML, eCommerce, Rational Rose, Visio, Agile, RUP)

20:20 Technology is a fast growing IT solutions consultancy based in the City of London. Our areas of expertise include delivery of eCommerce solutions, Multi-Channel retail solutions and project management amongst others. We provide best of breed solutions and services to several blue chip clients primarily within retail, financial services and other industries.

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our very successful team.

General Experience

  • Experience of requirements gathering and documentation including requirement capture workshops.
  • Client reporting and relationship management experience.
  • Experience of working effectively with Developers, Designers and Technical Architects.
  • Understanding and experience of using formal techniques such as use cases, process-models and wireframes.
  • Proficient in coordinating multiple change requests and project responsibilities.
  • Familiar with work estimation and sizing.
  • Experience of the full project and development lifecycle.
  • Project coordination skills including experience of delivering projects with off shore teams and vendors.
  • Business Analysis experience within the retail industry.

Specific Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience of IBM WebSphere Commerce is desirable
  • Retail eCommerce Platforms and Concepts.
  • Experience in Mobile Commerce, Social Commerce and with web plug-ins such as analytics packages and search and recommendation engines is desirable.
  • Understanding of Web Standards.
  • Technical understanding of multi-tier Java platform architecture.
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and Project.
  • Experience of issue management and use of collaborative tools E.g. Jira, Basecamp, Diigo.
