CHALLENGE: To increase Vodafone’s market share within the B2B arena focusing on different segments from SOHO to large corporates, by providing fully qualified leads for their sales teams to convert.

SOLUTION: We created a highly experienced and dedicated telemarketing team to generate warm leads and teleappointments which are then distributed, managed and monitored through our proprietary web based lead tracking system. This enables the appropriate Vodafone sales team to act immediately and provides powerful centralised reporting across all enterprise sales channels.
Our blended inbound team also supports the acquisition effort, handling inbound telephone and web enquiries, ensuring all opportunities are dealt with by an experienced team who can maximise sales results. Our work for Vodafone was recognised with a win at the National Sales Team Awards in 2008/9.
