CHALLENGE: Fill a database of fleet prospects that RenaultUK previously had no relationship with and generate qualified appointments for field based sales teams from cold prospects while nurturing warm ones.

SOLUTION: Assemble a team with automotive and outbound telemarketing experience and support it with our skill in building databases, successfully identifying organisations in the UK with 25+ car and van fleets. We developed a performance reporting suite that enables RenaultUK to do end to end opportunity tracking and manage the performance of their sales teams. We provided them with our award winning Accelerator platform, that enables highly bespoke fulfillment emails to be triggered immediately following a contact with a prospect. Within five months of us starting the prospecting programme for RenaultUK, they had secured additional vehicle sales that delivered their annual ROI objective.
RenaultUK have recently won the “Most Improved Fleet Manufacturer” award and we have been awarded a three year contract.
