Team leader, Swindon
In this pivotal role within our contact centre business the key focus is to lead, develop and coach a telemarketing or telesales team in a predominantly outbound environment. The Team Leader is accountable for creating a motivational environment that delivers and maximises all sales opportunities through a high performing team meeting business and client objectives. With a basic salary ranging from £19k to £24k (depending upon skills and experience) plus eligibility to benefit from a regular bonus scheme based on delivery personal and your team goals.
Skills and experience required:
- Self motivated and results driven
- People management skills – evidence of involvement and a genuine intent to foster and encourage the learning and development of others.
- Possess the ability to undertake a pro active approach to problem solving
- An individual that can demonstrate the ability to actively influence others through personal credibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external teams
- Computer literate
