Account manager, Swindon
Working tactically and strategically with a portfolio of clients, the account manager will be responsible for their profitability and successful long-term development. They will need to be proactive in recognising growth potential and recommending innovative ways forward for the client to ensure mutually successful long-term, profitable relationships and good solid business growth for 20:20 Dialogue. A basic salary ranging from £25k - £30k will be paid depending upon skills and experience plus eligibility to benefit from a regular bonus scheme based on personal and team goals.
Skills and experience required

- Proven record of responsibility for successfully handling client accounts and being able to work proactively at a strategic level
- Negotiation skills
- Whilst ensuring that the objectives set by the shareholders are met, still deliver excellence through managing the client’s expectations
- Presentation skills
- Proven ability and experience in presenting

- PowerPoint
- Access
