Alan is responsible for all technology within 20:20 Dialogue’s Insight and Jaywing divisions. He has a keen eye for detail and a firm focus on the use of data and technology to solve business problems and improve the customer experience.
Alan’s particular area of expertise is delivering large infrastructure changes and the supporting business processes, in both risk and marketing, for rapid growth companies such as Post Office Financial Services and First Direct.
He’s also responsible for the design and implementation of our in-house campaign management systems, and the on-going integration of this and other systems to ever expanding digital technologies.
