POP

Polarn o Pyret are a huge brand in Sweden but a small brand in the UK. They sell through a small network of retail outlets and concessions. They were sceptical that working with a big agency could ever deliver them the required ROI.
We suggested a head to head test our email vs theirs. Ours delivered a 30% uplift in online revenue and a similar uplift in store sales and a much bigger basket. Our evaluation proved without doubt why ours did so much better. We are now planning, designing, building and broadcasting all emails for this brand

Cooperative Logo

We worked with The Co-operative Financial Services (consisting of The Co-operative Bank and The Co-operative Insurance) for over 5 years.
As well as above the line campaigns and in-store activity, we were responsible for creating and managing their GI direct mail acquisition programme for motor and home insurance. We sourced the data, mailed over 100,000 prospects per month and ran monthly evaluation

Our brief was to generate business volumes of 30,000 new policies in Year 1, to create and measure awareness of the new product to a difficult to reach niche market.

• 63,000 new policies in year 1 (more than double the target)
• Unprompted brand awareness of 8.3% from zero base in 12 months compared with an estimated 10% of the UK population that offset any of their CO2 emissions at the time
• The ibuyeco brand has been rolled out in South Africa and Australia.
• New ibuyeco policyholders had a higher propensity to renew than the rest of the BGL portfolio
