Paul has spent the last ten years of his career working as a strategic planner in communications agencies throughout the UK, developing powerful, effective communications strategies for brands such as HSBC, first direct, Oxfam, Regatta, Festivals Edinburgh, Fox’s Biscuits, Thomas Cook and The Open University.
Having developed his interest in brand strategy during his doctoral thesis on retail consumer behaviour, Paul thinks brands need to be human enough to work in the digital age we live in.
