We are looking for junior developers to join a new support team. You will work alongside the other technical staff to carry out maintenance tasks, and resolve support issues. - Run internal estimation and planning sessions
- Take full ownership of risk and budget management

- Managing project stakeholders both internal and external in a professional manner

Account Manager - Ipswich Office

The role
This is a fantastic role for someone who has gravitas with clients and excellent organisational skills to manage and facilitate a fast-paced media client. The candidate must be adept at building relationships with clients and have proven experience in digital media planning and buying. As an account manager, you will be responsible for helping clients to develop their online strategy and spend, by providing experienced support and management of both the client and agency-side teams. You will have a good knowledge of where digital channels fit in the marketing mix and be able to explain how these can perform to meet different business objectives. You will also be responsible for cross-selling our capabilities in search engine marketing and display, and other digital areas within 20:20 Agency including creative, branding, mobile, website design & build, etc. to clients at all levels of experience. You will have the skills necessary for successful digital campaign development and management, taking into account the broader marketing factors such as competitor activity, offline advertising and seasonality. Equally important, you will need to build strong relationships with your clients founded on confidence, trust and respect.

You will report in to the Digital Media Director and will run your own team of 2 others (campaign managers) who look after a variety of clients.

Job Description:
To be responsible for the running and development of a number of online accounts including:
- Working with the Head of Comms Planning to maximise the cost effective spend, results and agency income from your accounts
- Taking and developing client briefs
- Preparing and presenting digital media strategies and plans
- Working with the campaign managers on search strategy
- Providing results reporting, analysis and insight
- Media planning and buying
- Liaising with publishers
- Budgetary and credit control
- Answering client questions and queries quickly and effectively
- Identifying new opportunities for the team’s clients
- Developing excellent working relationships with your clients
- Providing cover for other members of the team when they are away from the office
- Helping with new business pitches

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Client account management experience in an agency environment
- A practical experience and knowledge of planning and buying digital media campaigns including display
- A good understanding of the “paid for search” market place and how to plan, implement and optimise PPC campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO would be preferable but not essential
- A good knowledge of how third party adserving works would be useful, but training can be given
- Good verbal and written presentation skills

The role will be based in our Ipswich office but you will be required to travel to other offices, including those of our clients, suppliers and other company locations from time to time.

Our working hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm but due to the industry you will be expected to be flexible as and when workload requires.
